Dealership did great job on recall repair
Issue was with time estimate from Honda recall sheet which stated it would take 1.5 hrs and when I got to dealership I was told repair would take 3-4 hours. I was going to wait based on Honda time but not for 3-4 hours. Luckily I could get ride home.

There were 2 people at the service front desk when I walked in and nobody waiting. Took about 45 seconds to even be acknowledged. Then 2 more guys arrived at their computer and started working on their computers without acknowledging me or helping me. After about 3 -4 minutes I was helped. Sure seems like 1 of the 4 could have gotten to me sooner as they were not helping someone at the service center or on the phone with a customer. As for as getting my vehicles work done, the technicians were done ahead of time which I appreciate.

Even though Lucas did a great job, Honda needs to get the side mirror situation corrected. I’ve had 4 driver side mirrors installed because of a recall & none of them are any good. I never should have done the recall.
