I was satisfied... just not COMPLETELY. There was a time when the service rep would return to the customer the part that was replaced and explain the failure. Also, they would go through the entire invoice to explain what service had been done... and sometimes make recommendations. I'm sure Chad followed your protocol but we prefer the "old" way of doing business.

U are never greeted when u first get there. U can stand in line wait while sometimes service men are talking to each other before they address the customer. I had appt at 2:45 for an Oil change and tire rotation and it took over a hour and a half. And I had to check to see if my CRV was done they didn’t come get me, which it was.

I had an appointment before coming … I can understand that you might be short technician that day and appointments suppose to take priority especially that I had work afterwards; it was suppose to be 1 hour or so but it turned out to be 2 hours which impacted my schedule
