You need more services people who are dedicated there time to customers rather then charting among self and keeping customers waiting.

There were 2 people at the service front desk when I walked in and nobody waiting. Took about 45 seconds to even be acknowledged. Then 2 more guys arrived at their computer and started working on their computers without acknowledging me or helping me. After about 3 -4 minutes I was helped. Sure seems like 1 of the 4 could have gotten to me sooner as they were not helping someone at the service center or on the phone with a customer. As for as getting my vehicles work done, the technicians were done ahead of time which I appreciate.

It was for a recall and was fast and professionally done, love the fact-checking you get a link and can follow along first car I’ve had that with. I wish Rapids Honda had had a better selection in 2020 when I bought this as we only live a few miles away.

Double the cost it should have been. I was told it was one issue then it turned to be 2 more issues. Took longer than I thought. Hated the rental car.... just not a good experience at all!!!
