Steve is great but my overall experience is horrible. I have to take my truck back in tomorrow because the check engine light is on again. I took my truck in for an oil change and recall service and now I’ve been going back and forth trying to get my truck fix. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

Derek was honest and kind. He clearly communicated time frame and expectation and understood, and was able to work within my budget. He even went above and beyond in customer care when he was able to get me a Lyft back to the service department after the service took longer than expected. I plan to work only with Derek and Roseville Toyota for all my vehicle needs going forward.

Thanks for keeping my car in shape. I still have a problem with my car's blue-tooth function. I have tried several phones on it and it drops conversations and if I choose to put it in the cell phone mode, it cuts in and tries to be there, only to drop it's connection again
