I had an appointment for 7am to get my mirror replaced, had already checked in when I got a call saying the parts wouldn’t be in till this afternoon, which I was fun coming back later in the day to get the parts put on. Came back around 3:30 got my mirror finally replaced. After paying I was ready to leave and in a hurry to get back home, I got home my mirror was fixed but they forgot to put the color cap on. I then called and was told the part didn’t come in like it was supposed to with my mirror and said it would be in the next day in the afternoon. Then I received another call saying that the cap had in fact did come in the same day but somehow it didn’t manage to get placed on my vehicle. Being slightly annoyed, I had asked to come by and just grab the cap to put it on my self Connor was fine with me coming back that same day and would have a tech snap it on for me real quick. As I was on my way I got another call saying that my cap was broken. I’m fine waiting for another cap to be shipped in, I’m just annoyed with the lack of communication between the the techs and the representatives.

“Sorry without a coupon it’s $95. I had no coupon just the email
I have purchased 4 vehicles from Roseville toyota
And this declination to honor a simple promotional offering
Put a very sour taste in my mouth. I left and went to a local competitor and my oil change was $68
