We waited 1 1/2:hours for standard maintenance. After that they indicated issue with battery needing replaced, but once they found out it was warranty they wanted us to wait another hour as it required another test. Bottom line is that it should have been done at same time. They indicated it needed charged to see if would hold charge. However, that raised another question so we took vehicle and will come back another day for test.

The person who helped me with my vehicle, Kyle, did just fine, as well as the service workers. My issue is that I was previously talked into purchasing into the maintenance plan for approximately $350. I had been under the impression that I would get 4 maintenance visits covered, to include oil changes, rotating tires, etc. But, when I arrived for the second visit, after 5,000 miles, I’m told that I will not get an oil change, just a tire rotation and inspection. That’s crazy! I spent $350 for only 2 oil changes?!? How cheap can you get? You’ve lost me as returning customer over something so trivial on your part. My maintenance will likely go elsewhere now.
