It was the worst experience i have ever had. I went in to get air in my tire and had to wait an hour to hear i had a nail in my tire. ( not even fixed) Then while i was waiting i went to look at new cars, but the salesperson was so offensive i had to walk away. He had no clue the features of the cars. I had to walk away. Clearly Toyota is not the car brand for me anymore.

Derek Adams gave Excellent customer service he took the extra time to set me up with a tire specialist while waiting for a part to be installed I actually brought tires that day as well. Deduring check out a bolt to be order he would call me when it was in he did the following day and installed the bolt himself took only a minute thats excellent service. Best customer service there with Derek.
