He was terrific and went “above and beyond “ in helping me be at ease since I am 77 and been sheltered in place most of this whole year except for walking with my husband only. I was very nervous to have to be there. He was so kind, explaining everything, telling how and when the car would be sanitized, how the valet would sanitize and bring the fob and I could just wait by my car and all paperwork were put in my car. etc etc Even walked out and waved goodbye! I say he deserves a raise ????! Thanks! We always go to Roseville Toyota as we trust you and always get super service!
