Actually, I started the process with Steve. He explained the process and what would happen while listening to my explanation and concerns. My appointment was set promptly and he passed the appointment information to Kyle since he (Steve) was gone the following day. Kyle made sure the appointment was processed in a timely manner and called to verify our pickup was the next day at our convenience. When we arrived, Kyle was working with another couple on their concerns and, in order to complete our appointment, handed the paperwork off to the gentleman next to him who went over what was done and took care of our payment.

Yes I am satisfied with the service that I got. I appreciate your quality service. But the only thing I wish for was a better price for getting a simple alternator replaced. I only had 65,000 miles on my car and I felt that the alternator should’ve lasted longer than I did. To me this speaks to a lower level of quality product at least for the alternator part. I never had to replace an alternator so soon. I am a senior citizen and I take very good care of my car. Again, I was happy with the excellent service that I got from Mr. Vega. He was very pleasant and professional.

Having to go in multiple times for an issue, with my issue not resolved is ridiculous. Speaking with Laken about my issue in regards to my car was pointless. I explained my previous visit expressed i went elsewhere for a hole in my tire that the technician said I had which they claimed that is why my tire pressure light keeps popping up for her to respond with customer took elsewhere and "supposedly" there is no hole. Waited 1.5 hrs for them to look for a hole for them to say there is nothing wrong, I questioned if a diagnostic test was done she responded with No, then waited another hour for them to tell me everything looks normal if this pops up again bring it in. 3 days later I see on my dash to contact dealer because tire pressure not sensing my pressure. Customer service is beyond horrible for this department.
