Alyssa Bartholemew did a fantastic job and her service was great. I was the unlucky recipient of lost keys at the valet. I had to wait, which was no biggie deal, there were personnel looking for them. My keys were found and after waiting approximately 45 minutes my car was returned. What pissed me off was when I turned my vehicle on. I had waited patiently, was polite, understanding. I dropped my vehicle off with a half tank. When I got it back I had ONE MILE of driving range left. That’s not Alyssa’s fault. It’s just poor customer service in that particular situation. I went in and asked Alyssa to at least fill my tank which she did. I appreciated that a lot. I could have made a bigger issue out of my keys not being at the valet where they were supposed to be or that my new set of keys got locked in my vehicle by the techs. I understand things happen. Just continue to be thorough and if an employee sees an issue not being afraid to say something. Thanks for the help Alyssa!

He told us we had a factory defect in our leather in the backseat of my new car. So we ordered it to be replaced and when replaced it looked horrible! Found out that the tech told him it didn’t need to be replaced and still they did. My new car doesn’t look new anymore in the backseat! We will be back on Monday morning o hopefully get it fixed thanks to service manager, Cole.

Steve was great and the service received was exceptional. The only additional comment I have is that, since receiving the car back yesterday, there has been a faint scent of burning plastic/oil smell after operating the car. There doesn’t appear to be anything clearly wrong and I’m not sure if it’s something normal that will go away on its own - but I wanted to note it.

Derek was nice, professional, and helpful. All the staff at Roseville Toyota are awesome!! Great customer service, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. From the receptionists who answer the phones, to the valets, to the service advisors, the parts counter team (who helped with purchases, and even installed my new steering wheel cover!), and to the gal who works the coffee/deli counter (which is great, by the way, with fresh healthy yummy food mostly made in house, and delicious complimentary coffee). I haven’t interacted with the custodial crew yet, but they do an amazing job keeping the huge building sparkling clean! I’m sure they’re as friendly as the rest of the staff. Friendly, Stress-free environment - for me anyway, whenever I’m there. They actually have nice shopping too; great little gift shop, and Toyota accessories, gear and even sharp looking black fur-lined jackets with the Toyota logo emblem. Five stars for Roseville Auto mall Toyota!! I couldn’t be happier with our experience there. P.S. it’s rare for me to give a review like this (not many businesses measure up to this high standard). Thank you, Toyota. By the way, my car shuddering issue was fixed today, and my Camrys running like a charm again.???? Oh, this is Jerilinn M
