I have no complaints against my service advisor and the service done on my vehicle but, I was pretty upset when I saw the bill for my windshield wipers. I asked if I could pick up some windshield wipers while I was there and make sure I get the right ones did it for my vehicle, and my service advisor said yes and that he would take care of it. I was not advised of the following fees: The bill was for $40. All I got were inserts for my windshield wipers which were $12 apiece and then another $12 added on for Mechanic fees and installation. Had I been advise before hand, that I was going to be charged that ridiculous price, as well as unaware of the additional charges for installation, I would not have had this done. I would’ve been more than happy to go down the street at Walmart and pick up a set of wiper inserts for $10-$15 and put them in myself. That was outrageous and a shock to me.

After paying $527 for a regular service, was declared to be fine , the vehicle had a new and significant vibration which could be felt in the steering wheel and all foot pedals--and heard , even before I got in to drive! I drove 100 yds and returned back to the Service area to report what I felt. The staff took it for a drive , then back into the shop--where they confirmed something wasn't right---I don't understand exactly, but it occurred accidentally during the servicing I paid for. They made some adjustments and assured me that I could safely drive the vehicle without damaging it, but that I need to return for the final complete 'fix'. There won't be any charge for the extra visit, of course , but I feel I should be reimbursed for part of the fee I was charged for the original service. Because now I have to rearrange my schedule to bring my vehicle in to correct a problem it didn't have at all , before I brought it to Toyota (rather than a miscellaneous mechanic) to get trusted care. My 2002 Tacoma has been nowhere but a Toyota service department. My faith has been undermined a bit...

Paul seems unhappy with his job, and unfulfilled because he can't help customers in a timely manner. He seemed inconvenieced because I brought my car in on a tow truck. Poor Paul he had to put on his jacket and go outside and get the checkin paperwork. Paul also likes to make disparaging comments about the extended warranty that I bought from the salesman on the other side of your facility. Paul seemed very upset that he had to do additional work to take care of his customers needs. But yet he has enough time to construct and print out signs so That people use a different door so that his desk doesn't get cold when the door opens. Terrible experience dealing with this individual.
