For the past couple years, I literally have inquired about getting a car wash during one of my routine maintenance visits, and each time I receive a different excuse on why I cannot get my car washed. It's broken, were in a drought, COVID.....it's nice having a clean car!

Service was great, representative was informative. But I was not happy with the fact that we were told that a Lyft to another location while our service was being done was not possible. After asking many times, we were told the location we wanted to go to was closed, unfortunately that was incorrect and not of the individuals business. I was not a fan of the customer service to avoid catering a Lyft.
