I came in because there was a screw in my tire. Derek looked at it, told me it would be about an hour. 25-30 minutes later he called and Stated that it did not puncture the tire they did a thorough investigation and checked all four of my tires along with the pressure and I was good to go safely on the road. As always another great experience with Roseville Toyota.

When I scheduled my service I was very clear that one of my service techs was bringing the truck in and I wanted a call if there was any recommendations for additional service. I did not receive a call and when my tech got back to the shop with the paper there was two recommendations for more work. So I had to take time away and do them myself.
I have another service truck scheduled next week hopefully this dose not happen again.

There was zero explaination that my car entrusted to Roseville Toyota would be driven off the lot to a 3rd party vendor 15 miles away. I did not authorize any other persons to drive my vehicle or to put over 30 miles on my vehicle. The response from Roseville Toyota was a half hearted “oops we’re sorry” and here are your keys. Complete lack of customer service.

Service was fine - how ever having a service manager trying to sell prepaid service with no details- no formal terms, no handout or web link explain what is included, what’s not included just hand written notes does not represent a high class dealership. It felt like a used car circus act. That was disappointing. Having said that it was low pressure and seemed like a management directive. If mr Sullivan was there he likely would have been embarrassed.
