The service advisor Austin was great to work with. The problem I have is the very routine run of the mill front and rear break replacement took 4.5 hours to complete when I was told by two different service advisors it would only take 2.5 hrs. If the promised time frame is not honored and if my time is disrespected or held hostage then I wonder what else is the Toyota service department not being honest about.
