Your service was very good that’s why I had both the brakes and new tires done instead of going elsewhere. I did have a issue with the Lyft service but that was not the service dept. fault. I preferred the old way you had using your own shuttle.

I pulled into a completely empty service drive and waited in my car for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I got out of my car and looked around at Toyota service people still no greeting. I finally asked some young men who looked like technicians who could help me and they directed me to the Valet station, they were very nice and respectful. Did the valet not see me? Finally a woman comes over who made it seem like I was interrupting her day by being on time for my appointment. We were both outside the car and she asked me for the miles I said around 10K she said it has to be accurate. So I got into the running car and read off the miles to her. If I'm the customer and we are both outside the car shouldn't you get in and get what you need? Why would I have to get back in the car and do your job? It was at this moment I wondered if I could take my service contract to Maita. I have had better customer service at Jiffy Lube. The service writer was pleasant and knowledgable and did an excellent job. The first impression when I pulled in completely sucked.

Met my expectations. I know coming in that it will be a quick fix and I was right. Not like thelast time when I came in for the same issue. Instead of just fixing the tire pressure issue, I was made to believe that I needed my tires replaced. What a way of treating loyal customers at a time when the pandemic is causing a lot of us economic challenges!
