To start off with, no one apologized to me for having to come back to the dealership simply to fix dashboard trim panels because of a recall to my vehicle. Although retired, this was a very big inconvenience to me that Sam did not seem to care about in the least.Sam treated me as though I didn’t know my own vehicle of the last 11 years. To which I am the original owner. He questioned whether someone else had ever worked on my vehicle? I explain to him, no one except the Roseville Toyota dealership has ever worked on my car. He insisted some of the trim panel that had to be removed for the passenger side airbag recall didn’t go back together correctly because of the aftermarket security Alarm.I explain to him that there is no aftermarket security system in my car.
