I was quoted by service advisor Chris for $175 for installing my running boards but Samuel called me and changed the price $530 then discounted it to $400 which was still a lot. Samuel also said the installation will be done at 3 pm and didn’t call me back at all until I called him back. It was already too late to pick up the vehicle as we had pther errands to do so we just picked up the vehicle the next day.

Chris Martinez and Kyle (ext 4855) both did an excellent job providing quality customer service during a very stressful breakdown of my auto. Both gentlemen worked with me to provide expeditious repairs, provide transportation to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, and alleviate a myriad of concerns I had surrounding this event.
