Toyota Rosevill does a great job, specialty that they work on Sundays, it is very comfortably at very busy time and another dealers don’t work on Sundays. I very appreciate that.

I had trouble with starting my car. I called triple A and the tow truck driver was able to jump start the car. He suggested that I take the car to the dealership for them to check the battery and alternator. I called Roseville Toyota and asked if Shane was in. I always ask for Shane because I know Shane's team are professionals and capable of solving the problem. I was able to get my car back in about 2 or 3 hours.

Austin Wrighton was great! But,the tech XM3 did not top off my windshield washer fluid, even though he checked it off on the multi-point inspection list. I checked it when I got home and it hadn't been filled. I wish that I would have checked it before I left Roseville Toyota. But, I trusted the tech to do his job.

The technician who checked the air cabin filter did not reinstall my glove compartment door correctly. Luckily I noticed before I left and they had someone come out and fix it. I would suggest they try to double check stuff like this before returning the car to the customer.
