There has been a continuous problem with the communication about my visit. I spent several minutes on the phone with Nancy, and not just one phone call either. But, apparently no matter how many times I had said that I couldn’t just come down there to get the low jack installed. It was overlooked, even to the point where someone scheduled me an appointment and then claimed I missed my appointment. When clearly I stated that I couldn’t do that. So when my oil change came up. I specifically asked/requested that I had my low jack installed at the same time. Nancy, again, stated that it could be done. So I scheduled the appointment. She said that if I needed a rental for the day it would be ok. They would provide me with one. Then when I arrived to the dealership, the young man who checked me in. Specifically asked me what I was there for even after I gave my name. I had to tell him why I was there, they acted surprised. Like there no notation of any request or information on the subject. Then the lady sitting at the outdoor check in desk, yelled at me from across the way. Saying I need to have my insurance card handy before receiving the rental. So, I removed all my belongings from my truck to get ready to get a rental vehicle and take off for my day date with my wife. As I proceeded into the area where they grab all my info and check me in. The lady at the desk asked me why I was there. As if again there was no notice of my arrival. She then began to become confused when I told her I had mentioned to her that I was there to get an oil change and a low jack installed via request from your company. Then she explained to me that there was no staff there that day for the low jack install. Even though, I told Nancy what day worked best for me and she had mentioned to me that they could do it that day. With the oil change. I was told I would get a rental vehicle and it would take several hours. So in preparation of this plan. I made arrangements for a day date with my wife. So, as I get checked in, the lady at the desk tells me that I can leave my vehicle with the for 24hours and come get it today. I just said no, because I have a business to run and I can’t keep coming down to roseville for convenience of your staff. That doesn’t work for me, I have a scheduled appointments of my own. Clients rely on me to be at a certain place at a certain time. Then, after I tell her this. She tells me that she is going to check on it and see if there is a tech in to help. She mentioned to me that she would call me and let me know ASAP. So she gave me a piece of paper and said that there is complimentary drinks in the cafe area, and she will let me know what she finds out. So, with all my belonging from my vehicle that I had removed due to the fact that I was supposed to get a rental and be gone for several hours. I head to the cafe, where there was a guideline to “complimentary” drinks. So again miscommunication even about the smallest of details. Then I get a call from the lady who checked me in, stating that no one was there to help me and that they were almost done with my oil change. The fact here is that I could care less about the low jack install. But, your people and company harassed me for a few weeks prior to my arrival about coming in to get it done. Then when I make a appointment that was convenient to me any my timeline. No one said anything about a tech being there that day. But, proceed to tell me that they could do it. For me to make a whole day of plans, to turn around and have them all screwed up because of how unprofessional it was for no one to know why I was there. Let alone have anyone there to do my install. Next visit better be better than this one or I’ll contact a hire up.

The detailers missed some areas inside my car applying cilajet. Lower section of back window still dirty. These guy need to slow Down and do better job. I will now have to buy some cilajet spray To correct there mistakes even though I paid good money for the Service. There were some other issues that was corrected .
