It took more than 5 hours for tire change and alignment, had a maintenance service a day before and gave me my multi point inspection results and with this this service, they told me that the tech made a mistake with my brake pads and marked it as “green” when it actually needs attention. Payton was good at trying to accommodate me but given I had an appointment, it shouldn’t have taken than long, what is the point of an appointment if walking in a Goodyear store will take significantly shorter. This was by far the worse experience I had with Toyota Roseville service department.
