All the staff was good. Not sure why you don’t wash truck when at service like you used to do but all else is great. Love to see a place run like clockwork and all the staff into their jobs.

There were more specific parts of the vehicle that should be inspected and I have a noise on the wheel for example when I turn to the right. This noise is coming from the front left tire and I believe should give more attention for that, so I’m going to check in another body shop.

I’d much like to have peace of mind knowing that future services on my vehicle will be performed correctly the first time. Bringing my car back to the service department to fix an issue that occurred during a recall service is not something I want to go through again as it takes me over 40 minutes to make the drive to the dealership.
