I'm glad I bought my Rav 4 from you all. Rachel was smooth. Everything was done before I arrived. I barely noticed her. I mean that as high praise. I did not have to wait for any time at all. Same thing with checkout. I've rarely had service of any kind as good. Rachel gets 10's in all the boxes.

Subcontractor (Dealerworks?) removed my RFID tag that I need to get through My community gate. It will cost $35 and take at least a week to get a new tag. Until then, I can’t use my car. I wasn’t asked or told they would remove the tag. I don’t understand why it was necessary. Otherwise, Rachel B was courteous and professional. But two weeks with no car ****.

First off, if I could rate it,, I would give it a 3 star. I'm not sure if the llumar protection film was precut or if it was cut to fit during at the time of service but both sharp edges (corner) of top of hood wasn't fully covered leaving about 1-2 cm off leaving a possible chance to peel if washed or wax. Car was not fully washed prior to forming work on film protection and when vehicle was washed partially to perform work, water was not dried and left alot of water marks and I had to wash vehicle carefully when I got home. Water marks could have been prevented if whole vehicle was washed and I would have just allowed vehicle to not be washed for at least 3 days according to llumar or 7 days according to Toyota reps. I am afraid that Toyota or llumar will void my warranty because of these little imperfections. Most of the work was great other than the few things I pointed out that could have made the feedback 5 stars.
