Service was good. Your phone lines didn’t pick up for about a 1/2 hour so I didn’t know if the vehicle was ready was the only issue.

Had to bring the car back losing 1/2 my day off. Was the service departments fault.
No apology just rude stupid customer.
Won't be back for service again. Spent over $700 and treated as if they were doing me a favor by fixing MY mistake. It was their screwup

Wanted to charge my $90 to disable my PCS but was not sure if my cruise control would work after. Took my truck in because PCS light was on and cruise control was unavailable, was told that they could turn off the PCS light for $90 but they were not sure if the cruise control would continue to work after.
