After 1.5 hours with my vehicle I went to get it back from valet. They got my information and promptly left the valet stand. 15 minutes later and my vehicle still hadn’t shown up. I asked a young man assigned to valet and he said “we don’t know where you’re keys are.” I asked him to explain further and he simply said “we can’t find your keys. We are trying to find the tech”. After 45 minutes with no car keys, they located them. Absolutely inexcusable after spending over $100 on an oil change and tire rotation and not being able to find my keys. So irresponsible I would rather have driven to Thompson’s Toyota in Placerville where I bought it to
Be serviced.
