Rachel was not the problem at all ! She was fabulous... my car was returned to me absolutely dirty .. water marks all over my windows and mirrors ' to the point where I had to stop and clean my mirrors and windows at a gas station so I could see to go home 11/2 hrs away safely ''' again Racheal had the best customer service I've ever had ! Barbra was fabulous and helpful both went above and beyond what I would expect from a dealership..

The only thing I would say is of you get this service done, tell the customer their vehicle is going off site. I was surprised by the 45 miles put on my truck and the use of almost a quarter tank of gas. Other than that, all is fantastic, thank you very much!
