I've reached out to toyota (normally reves) at least 3 times this past week and have been unable to accomplish what I have been trying to for 4 months now. I purchased a 2021 Rav 4 and was told that new seat covers were being ordered the day we too it home. And yesterday I spoke with the parts department saying that they never received an order from me. I got a call back today saying they found my order but are refusing to install them in my car. When purchasing the Rav weathertec mats and installed seat covers were what we agreed upon. I have a bad arm and am unable to install myself. I called again this morning only to be transfered around, hung up on, and never called back. I'll be calling again tomorrow to figure out why it has taken 4 months for me to finally receive the seat covers I ordered but still will not be able to use them.

The service itself was good, but I had to wait a long time before I was initially helped even though I arrived on time for my appointment. Additionally, other people who arrived after I did were helped first. It would be good if you are able to assist all of your customers in a timely and equitable manner which will improve your customers’ experience and make them more likely to return.

Waited about 2.5 hours for an oil change and some minor issues to diagnose or address. After waiting for 2 hours I asked for an update on the service and the service worker told me they have not done anything yet. Not even the oil change was started. She said looking at the tests “take a long time.” After hearing this I asked her to just forget the other requests we had and just have the oil change done. After the 2.5 hour mark the mechanic comes in and completes the oil change AND all the diagnostic tests we were asking about. So The diagnostic tests really did not need to take that long. Actually one was just to look up a recall notification we got, which takes a few minutes. Very disappointing as this was our first trip to get an OPTIONAL service. We opted to choose for service maintenance included in our financing when we purchased our vehicle, and this is the first experience we get. We will definitely not be returning to this location for service.
