I went in with an appointment for a regular oil change, however the waiting time was nearly three hours. They let me schedule a 7am service appointment but the service team start operations at 8am. This just shows a disregard for my time.

I got new aftermarket hubcaps and one came off less than a week after I got them. I brought my car back in but there were no hubcaps that fit my car in stock. Q was supposed to call me on Friday, after the parts person came in. I never received a call.

You guys checked a leak in my transmission and forget to put back the clips during an oil change. Cost me time to take it back and I got charged for replacement clips. This is the third time an inspection of the car during an oil change has resulted in something not put back. I am scared next time you guys do anytging to my car what else you forget to put back in place.
