She asked if I lived within 10 miles and I do . She offered a complimentary shuttle ride home . After a short wait , Jorge drove me home . What a great experience ! So glad I switched dealerships !

I believe that the catalytic converter shield that I was assured you had for me and made the appointment for installation of, was sidetracked to someone else who was quoted a higher price for it. I am furious. I’m about to take a trip to the Midwest where there has been a spike it thefts of the converters. I feel betrayed by your dealership. I would like to receive a call from the manage. Looks like your under staffed. It took two days to tell me that you didn't have the part to repair my car. That it would take 3 more days to get it. I bypassed the repair. Then you wouldnt rotate my tires so I had to go to Discount. Amazon got me the part I needed next day for 1/50th the price. The experience sucked.
