Robert was great!! My first time for service and he was fantastic. The concern wasn’t with him. Checking in you get a 10 plus!! Picking up the vehicle you need improvement. Robert was on lunch when I went to pick up my car. This guy had me sign the papers and then no direction I n wjere to find my car. Every dealership is different but most of the time they drove it to me. I had to ask one of the mechanics where to find my suv.
