Hello, I’m really frustrated with the extra wait time. When I first asked Q how long the alignment would take, I was told 2 hours. I ended up waiting for 2.5 to almost 3 hours and had to ask someone for an update. Then, just a few minutes later, someone else called me to check me out. First time being unhappy about today's visit.

After checking in I had to wait 15 minutes to have a service person come to my car and complete the process. That was way too long. The initial check in person was great not so much the service person I was assigned one person then changed to another.

I never approved the oil change. We were under the impression that oil changes were free for the first two years. My son brought the car in to get the recall done and was told that if he had to pay for it, I would have to approve it first, and I never got a text message About what you did or any of the details which we normally do super disappointed. Not acceptable.
