General Customer service skills: acknowledge customers that have entered, ask if they have been helped.
I patiently waited for the service agent to finish their phone call; he did see me, he turned his head and looked at me. He hung up the phone and proceeded to make two more phone calls. I finally had to ask for my keys as I had already paid online.
Sadly, this is not the first time that this happened with this service agent. I will make sure to schedule with a different agent next time.

Service representative Lewis did a good job. Toyota’s crap policy that caused me to have to jump start my vehicle every day because my battery was defective is a crap policy. I still have no idea why my radio volume does not work. It just STOPPED before the battery died by a few days. I actually regret NOT buying a Chevy Silverado instead of a Toyota. I plan to NEVER buy Toyota again.

took 4 hours to give me an estimate. Would not do my recall as the wires are damaged in my battery casing. Gave me a ridiculous fee for that part and declined my battery recall unless I did the wiring. I sat in ur reception area for 5 1/2 hours and left with a new battery which I was told was fine. The agents standing at their stations turn their back on U and will not help. Overall on all aspects it was a waste of my day. I will never return to your location.

I arrived at your shop at 1015 today and had to wait until after 1 PM to have 2 hatch stays replaced that should have only taken 30 minutes. I am appalled at the length of time it took for such a small job. Very dissatisfied. John was not helpful in assuring that this small job was done more timely.
