I make an appointment for 10:20,my paper that came in the mail says it should take about an hour. You tell me it will be around 3:00. When I made appointment I said I would wait. Well not 4 plus hours. No more Shuttle. Then when I pick it up, they say they just looked at it nothing to replace. It took 4 plus hours to just look at the seat belts???? Not very happy ????

Joseph was very helpful and informative with the parts of the car that needed repairing and with the pricing of labor and parts. He quoted the job was going to take 3 hours and it was done in two hours. He was friendly and cordial. Will request him again, when the car needs to ne serviced.

The person assisting me , Trevor Rodriguez had bad customer service. My vehicle was promised to be done by noon and was told I was going to be given an update. Three hours later I had to ask two different agents to give me an update because Trevor was now where to be found and nor had given me any update whatsoever. I then get told it’ll be done at a new time and still had to wait 2+ hours for my vehicle to be turned back in.My appointment was at 9:40 did not leave the dealer till 3:30. It took them 5 hours to deliver my car. There was lack of communication and quality of service was not very pleasant. As a loyal customer I do not think it was right to be given this kind of service or have to had been asking for a constant update on my vehicle.

Alondra was incredibly rude and hung up the phone on me while I was speaking to her about my car. Julie was my service advisor and told me my promise time was 11:30. It’s understandable that it may take longer, but that should have been communicated so I was not left waiting for my car. I had to call her when it should have been the other way around.
