Today was the second time that I worked with Joseph Vargas at the Honda service center. I was very impressed with him the first time and I continue to be impressed with his friendliness his knowledge his understanding and his willingness to listen to me and to help make sure that I'm satisfied with the work that the Honda service department undertakes. I commend him to you because he is an excellent example of what Honda wants in its personnel. He's my guy. Anytime I will need service at Norm Reeves Honda in the future, Joseph Vargas is the one I will contact. I came in this afternoon without an appointment, and was served immediately, and again, with friendliness and concern. What I needed done was handled quickly and efficiently and I was soon on my way. I had my very first service due for my brand new vehicle. The service was horrible. I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership. The service had an estimate of an hour to an hour and 1.30 minutes. I waited for close to three hours for my vehicle to be done!!!. I saw my vehicle on the driveway when it was done then they drove off.(btw I know my license plates.) I waited and waited. No one gave me a call. I called the service team with Bryan Salas he was at lunch unfortunately and I wasn't able to reach him. I waited and waited then I got frustrated. I go to the counter some gentleman help me. He stated that my vehicle was just done which was a lie. He proceeded to say your vehicle will be parked right in front, and he gave me my keys. I go to the front I see a lot of guys, just all talking no one was helping me I had to walk towards them and asked where was my vehicle. There was a gentleman that helped me, but didn't even walk me towards my vehicle, which was very far from the service department. We couldn't find my vehicle later he proceeded to press on the car key for the alarm to go on. I found my car then proceeded to get inside and I noticed when I turned it on the oil change was still due for service later on the tire pressure went on. I reset it it, and no luck. It keeps coming back the vehicle was brand new which I doubt that I would have a tire issue which the service letter didn't indicate that. Bryan Salas gave me a call. He proceeded to apologize for the lack of communication and professionalism from their teammates. He stated that he was going to give me a call back to indicate what happened why was I not called when my vehicle was done. And he didn't. I'm super unsatisfied and the fact that he told me that if my tire pressure light comes back on to go back, I have to drive another 45 minutes to get that fix again. They're not gonna compensate my gas obviously horrible service.
