My multi-inspection report was sent to me via text 3 hours after I left the dealership. I was never informed that I needed additional filters replaced, the advisor assured me everything was good to go on My vehicle. When I received my report I had 3 issues that needed immediate repair. Very unprofessional and a waste of time on making a second appointment when it all could have been taken care of the same day.
