I just want start off by saying my appointment was at 9:40 I didn’t get out till 4:30 and nobody was notifying me. Keep me updated on my suv on time I would get an update is every time I walk up to the sales rep and find out what’s going on with my car. I went in for an oil change and a bad smell that was coming from the air vents. As I’m talking to the customer service and he’s telling me there’s nothing that they can do Irving great to be notified hours before me just waiting there. I was told my car will be done by 11am and then it got pushed again to till 2pm. I’m asking them what was a pin on my warranty and I got charge $300 for a radiator flush that should’ve been covered just because the warranty companies and Texas and there’s nothing that they can do. It was just so frustrating today.
