I got the problems I had resolved but now I have more concerning issues arise since taking my brand new 2024 Honda accord. When I accelerate on the gas I hear a rattle coming from the engine and it seems that there is more of a struggle on the engine for idk what reason. This happened the next day after receiving my car back from the dealership. I solely took it for them to work on the computer system update not sure how that would affect the operation of the engine but something is definitely off. It was already an inconvenience to get the car brand new having issues let alone having to come back twice for issues that I shouldn’t be having on a brand new car. And the fact that there’s no loaner / shuttle to help ease this inconvenience is seriously ridiculous.

Went in at 9am to get serviced (oil/tire rotation) and didn’t leave til 2pm. I had to go and check myself because after 5 hours of waiting I began to get upset. Once I asked around to see where I needed to go to see how much longer, I find out the car was sitting out in the front parking lot for 2 hours with all its service complete. Not only that but when I finally left I got a low tire pressure warning(my car tires were fine and I had no warnings before going in) and after pulling over at a gas station to fill the tire(s) back up, I saw that 3 tires were at 10psi and 1 was at 15psi. In addition it’s been a whole day now and since the service and now my rear passenger side tire won’t stay inflated and keeps reactivating the low tire pressure warning in the car. So now I have to make an appointment to check that tire for any issues and spend even more of my time and money.

I was partially satisfied, but not completely satisfied for the following reasons: All the cars I ever owned in my life are Hondas, apart from my first car. I have been your faithful costumer for more than forty years. When I came in last year, I requested for new tires as we previously agreed upon. I was told that there was a service I failed to do to my car, even though that was not why I was there, I reluctantly agreed. At the end of the service I was told that one of the items was not done because of the low mileage in my car. My Honda is 2006 but it has not been driven that much. This year, I was made to pick up that service which was supposed to have been done last year. This year my request is routine oil change, light bulb replacement, and some recommendations for future action. Any way, I am somehow confused. Honestly, I love Hondas and I have been very fortunate with your products and services.
