Brake fluid exchange service was performed poorly. I almost rear-ended another vehicle on the freeway (605N) on my drive home because it wasn't done properly. Returned to have it fixed and is currently working. However that poor oversight could have cost me my life.
NOTE: I mentioned to an advisor that there was air in the break lines when I was able to return back to the dealership; it was later confirmed that my judgement was correct by the advisor (Trevor Rodriguez).
Also, other poor or incomplete work. The glove compartment no longer closes or opens properly; it drops suddenly when the latch is released and requires some force to get the compartment to close; it was never like that before. A latch on the inside is either disconnected or broken, most likely from a technician doing cabin air filter exchange.
Overall, pretty unsatisfied with the maintenance work and questioning what other components may possibly have issues on my vehicle due to the maintenance performed (Maintenance Minder B12, brake fluid exchange).

Michael was great from the start, was able to help me with my initial concern relating to my battery. Michael informed me that my vehicle had 4 safety recalls that were still open.
