I was set up for an appt at 1:40, then getting to the service dept I realized everything was closed for a company luncheon, it would of been nice if I was told that since I’m assuming whoever made the appt was aware of what was going to happen that day, many people where out there frustrated because they were waiting for their cars as well and weren’t told as well, I got there 40 mins early to avoid traffic but for no reason since everything was closed

No compassion at all with what I had to go through, didn't offer a Uber for home when I left car at the repair location, very unhappy with how I was treated, with this whole situation. This was a life threatening situation I had to go through. This should never happen with a brand new car BTW.

Mike did a great job of getting the car in and out quickly, as well as answering several questions even walking out with me to the car to help explain a few things. I plan to request Mike Barr by name the next time I bring in the car.
