I know service centers are busy - I get it - but I think two hour wait for a standard oil change with a reservation is too long. There has to be a way for me to get in and out quicker than that for such simple scheduled maintenance.

Here’s a text I sent Joseph Vargas after he said he would get me a rental and didn’t. I was at the dealer from 7:30-4:30PM. NEVER been treated like this at Honda. It was very, very disappointing.
You said you did have a car available for me here at Honda but your boss had gone to lunch before 12PM and you couldn't reach her or she didn't reply. I didn't want to get an Enterprise car. You had texted her about the car here at Honda but even that couldn't even reserve the car for me upon her return. You said she would be back at 1PM. And I didn't learn that the car was already taken 10-15min prior you telling me at 1:50PM. It's disappointing that there's no manager at all times and we have to wait for the boss to finish lunch to provide good customer service. Simply disappointing.

I purchased my car about a month ago. And the day before yesterday’s (12/22:23)the battery was completely dead. I jump started the car and took the car to the dealership yesterday to find out what was the problem. Unfortunately the way the person who was assisting me wasn’t helpful at all. First she said there is nothing wrong with the car or battery. And she told me you can take the car. I asked her why the battery went dead when we didn’t left any light o left om night before. She was unprofessional and insisted there in nothing wrong. I asked her to do a dysnodtic test and see if there is something wrong with electrical parts. She wasn’t happy about it. I told her that I had to know what caused the problem. The checked it out and battery was defected. They replaced the battery without resetting the electric part of the car. We still getting false alarm messages on dashboard screen. Not a good experience. I am a repeat customer.
