i took my car in for a weird winding sound. i got charged a ridiculous amount and when i brought it back home and began to drive the sound was still there. Either they didn’t fix my car when they said they would, or they replaced something that had no need to be changed! i am extremely upset because i spent 4 hours at the dealership and my issue was not resolved and they charged me for something i didn’t need.
