Overall, the service was fast and thorough. The one thing I did not appreciate was that your technician apparently dragged an air hose across the hood and the front of my car, leaving grease marks. I am glad that I have PPF installed to prevent scratches.

Absolutely! Retarded I barely got on the freeway and my tire pressure sensor went went off saying I didn't have the right air pressure in my tires which wasn't an issue before I went in for service. So what? What's the deal? You guys don't know what the proper tire pressure should be in my car. Very disappointed

Javier made sure to look for me when my vehicle was ready which I appreciated because I’ve had to wait longer previously with other customer service reps previously, so it was nice that he made sure I didn’t wait longer than needed.
