I came in for a tire rotation, oil change, and inspection. During the inspection, the tech found tire rot on some of the tires. But then also rotated the tires before I was notified, which is unneeded because the tires are going to be replaced. I feel like I paid for a tire rotation I didn’t need as the tires are being replaced now. Furthermore, I feel like I was ripped off as I was forced to pay for an unneeded service. When I pointed this out, I wasn’t offered a credit or a refund, just a shrug.

My first time having service at Norm Reaves service Department was several weeks ago. They totally missed diagnosis Front brakes repair and we had to return two weeks later for the job to be completed. I understand honest mistakes can happen. I would recommend that your service department test drive all vehicles when the customer says something isn't right with there vehicle before making decisions on needed repairs. Thank you.

I said it before, and I will say it again. I drove a hour and half to come work with Bryan. I have gone to other Hondas and felt ripped off, and used. When Bryan tells me I need something, I don't question him, I say "yes". As long as Bryan is at Cerritos, I will continue to come here.
