According to the paperwork you top off the sprinkler fluids, well I knowingly took my empty and got it returned empty . On the bright side the service rep is great the technicians not so much.

Norm Reeves Honda should have a better management of servicing their client as far as scheduling. A simple oil change should not take three hours at any dealership when customers are waiting, that is just unacceptable especially if you have a two hour estimate on the service. An appointment with the estimated time of completion should be kept within a plus or minus fifteen minute of the schedule set.

Anthony was professional and did a great job notifying me on the status of my car.
I have a couple of concerns regarding my car.The radio has turned off once since I recieved my car. I also noticed that my windshield has a noticeable stretch on it. I first thought it was a smashed big but after rubbin it noticed that it is a scratch that wasn’t there when I turned the car in.Im just concerned it will get larger. Tire was patched and put back in place, however failed to reset display indicating tire issue on dash board . I had to resent myself. This is the second time something is not done correctly. The first time is when I did an alignment and they forgot to place a bolt which cause the tire and rim to disengage from the frame of the vehicle. I had to tow the vehicle back to the dealer to fix
