He did not get approval for a part or something so my car wasn't ready the same day. Honda gave me a ride home but Miguel said we won't be able to pick you up tomorrow & never apologized for the error. I also called & asked for a service supervisor to call me back. Never happened.

Service advisor did not get the recall done on my vehicle as
I had instructed him to do it since it was already getting the oil change
Done, also he ordered a door latch for the rear passenger door had said two weeks wait time I call today 5/15/24 and someone in the parts department that I spoke with said it would be sometime in late June that’s not two weeks and the recall wasn’t done on it…. If the service advisor saw no commission was going to be made because my car is still covered under factory warranty I could’ve given the guy some money if he’d only ask for it
Very unsatisfied and upsetting would like to talk to the guy one on one on a personal note
Because my safety and my family’s safety is my priority that recall for the safety buckle is serious to me maybe not to his pockets but to me it is I will be contacting corporate and make my word be heard

I came in for an A oil change and was told it would be $125. This was after he told me that I needed my transmission serviced to the tune of $160. When I said I just need an A service oil change, he said they needed to do all these checks on my 2019 CRV that only has 16000 miles. When I went home, I checked your website that says an oil change is $59.99 and you get a COMPLIMENTARY multi point inspection! I feel that I was lied to. I am NOT happy. You got my $285.00 but I will share how you operate.

Everything was fine but my car came out and I waited more than 30 minutes and no one called me until I went and asked if my car was ready. The advisors definitely need to keep better track of when the car is ready so people don't have to wait 30+ minutes after the service is completed. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
