Mr Trevor has, as always, been a quintessential liaison of Honda services for me. My most recent visit, I contacted him, let him know my vehicle’s symptoms, and he recommended to get a scan; didn’t push the repair. Came in, turns out it was a different issue due to the scan, and he explained everything in a very professional manner.
