He showed me the list of services starting from 2021 and I refused those services. I told him I just wanted the oil change because Honda prices are very high. I also stated I used to sell cars so I have connections and he responded “So why are you here?” I don’t think that was very professional nor any of his business. I bet you if I was a man he would have NOT spoken to me that way. Very disappointed I have been a customer for many many years and even if I just utilize Honda only for oil changes to my knowledge they have NOT been free.

Javier was very respectful and helpful. It's the other staff that wasn't welcoming at all. Things have changed and Norms Reeves Honda. It's not like he used to be. Before it seemed like everybody was happy working there now. No service with a smile. It's like you're on your own. When I ask for my keys. Nobody really wanted to guide me where to go even when I dropped off my card. Everybody is just on the phone or just having a snobby face but Javier did his job. Great service with a smile. Respectful attentive. He was awesome. Other than that it's a zero for everything

Robert Gonzalez provided the excellent service I have become use to from
Norm Reeves Honda. After confirming my car was in for an A service, he reviewed my car’s maintenance history and then after the completion of the inspection, notified me of two minor services that were over due. I authorized him to have his team go forward and complete the two additional services. I was notified when my car was ready. Honda Service Department
