concern is my experience with service advisors who are dismissive of customers concerns. If I have a concern regarding service or recommendations, simply acknowledge it. He proceeds by attaching a Maintenance Minder Menu to my receipt as a cue to **** up and leave. Stop rushing me to pay and leave so you can entertain yourself on your cellphone. I was better off using the website and AI to assist me than to be ignored. NRH has some quality service advisors who don’t make it obvious they don’t care about my concerns. I drive a long way because of loyalty, but I may have to reconsider since I am no longer valued.
