I was scheduled to have the fuel pump recall corrected for Ftiday,02/14/25, at 8AM. The scheduler said it would take about 1 hour.When I arrived Thanh Sabatier told me that it wasn't an easy job,that the mechanic had to work under the driver seat.When I told him about the discrepancy between his information and the schedular's,Thanh said "those people don't always know about these things.Thahn said the job would require 3 to 4 hours. I walked home rather than a n wait like I had originally planned and therefore did not arrange for a ride.Ehen I arrived to my home 30 minutes later,I walked through the door and the phone rang.It was Thanh telling me my car was finished.When I walked back,I suggested to Thanh, that if he didn't know what he was talking about in the future, to check with the mechanic or look up the information Thanh then said my car was finished early because he had another car taken off the rack.(otherwise my 8AM appointment would have been postponed until 11AM or noon???) I'm 77 years old and do not appreciate smoke being blown at me. Quite frankly this smacks of age is. Not good for your reputation.

I'm extremely satisfied with my recent service visit to Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos. I contacted Julie Canales, my service technician, to help me get my windshield repaired and she quickly prepared and sent me an estimate for my insurance approval. Unfortunately, it took three days to get AAA to agree to having the work done at my Honda dealership, but it was worth it. I called the service department and Jonathan assisted by setting up an appointment for the next morning with Julie Canales. I arrived the next morning and within the quoted timeframe, my car was completed, and I was on my way. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and repair support. I will recommend Honda superstore of Cerritos to all my friends and family.

The representative was not helpful at all, didn't provide any prices and didn't address any of my questions and concerns. Everytime I go there for service my tire pressure is left low as soon as I drive away. I expressed this concern to him and didn't care. With now being the next day my tires pressure is low having me go to different tire shops. I would for someone to call me.
