Its useless to have a scheduled appointment. It took 2 hrs just to have an oil change. And i saw cars that were behind me at check in leaving before me. And it exceeded my wait time to pick up my car. My car was just park in front and my advisor did not call me on time.

I wanted to get my vehicle looked at for other issues is having but the person that help me with car said he couldn’t do anything now. I had to make another appointment to get my car issues looked at,when I called to make my appointment, I was told to let them know what the problem was. The car wasn’t parked at front as I was told, I look for my car for about 10min, no where to be found, there IS SO MANY youngest boys at the receiving area talking and getting on big groups that it takes the main focus of their job or performances, until the server when to ask for my car they didn’t know where was it, I had to point at my car location otherwise they were lost or didn’t know about it. Having to many young people at front creates confusion and not guidance or leadership by management at the service area. Too many people on the group and with their cell phone takes away their focus on the job. Phones should not be allowed at work place, specially in heavy and busy hours.
