To make this a very short and concise answer, I received zero phone calls from Aaron yesterday. I received an automated text message saying my car was done within 40 minutes of me dropping off my car. Aaron informed me it would be a 2 1/2 to 3 hour job. When I came to pick up the car, my car was not done or worked on at all. I received zero information, zero warning and was also told by a coworker I would receive a call from Aaron by closing. No calls were received by Aaron yet I called the service center 2 to 3 times before 6 PM. Everyone guaranteeing me he would call me back. By my last call Aaron had left for the day. And now the next morning, I still have received zero phone calls from anyone including the manager at the service center. This is not OK. And at the end of the day, my car still has not been worked on. I wasted all of Thursday for nothing. And I had to pay for a ride share because Norm Reeves does not provide drop off service anymore. But I also did not have a car to come back to that was properly worked on.
